Receptje voor Poolse chocolademelk

Ingredients:

  • 250 g desert chocolate – Wedel
  • 400 ml milk 3,2% fat
  • 200 ml cream 36 %
  • 200 ml liker Advocat (optional because you could add it on the bottom of your cup before pouring prepared hot chocolate .. if you like)

Boil milk and cream together, next add chocolate. Stir constantly  until the ingredients will start boiling again. Keep on the stove for 30 seconds to 1 minute until is thick as you like.
